EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
1. Introduction
Please read these Terms of Sale ("Terms") carefully before placing an order for any products on our website ("Products"). Together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, this document governs the relationship arising from the use of the home-me.ua website ("Website").
To accept the Terms of Sale, click "Place Order." If you do not agree with them, you will not be able to complete your purchase.
2. How Is a Purchase Agreement Concluded?
2.1. To purchase a Product, click "Add to Cart" and then "Place Order."
2.2. You will be able to provide your email address, contact details including your first name (and optionally your last name), delivery address or Nova Poshta branch number, city, country, and phone number.
2.3. Please select a delivery method:
- Nova Poshta branch delivery — charged at Nova Poshta rates, or free for orders over UAH 15,000;
- Courier delivery within Kyiv — UAH 300;
- Self-pickup (Kyiv, 2A Andriia Verkhohlada Street).
2.4. Please verify that all details are correct. In the event of an error, we will be unable to deliver your order.
2.5. All orders are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline an order due to technical issues, product unavailability, or other reasons. Order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
2.6. We are obligated to deliver only the Products confirmed in the confirmation email. For example, if you ordered three Products but only two were confirmed, only two will be delivered.
2.7. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please notify us immediately. Otherwise, you may incur additional charges.

3.1. Orders can be paid directly on the website by bank card through the payment system.
3.2. If you experience any difficulties with payment, please contact our support team (details listed above) and we will assist you in completing your order.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
4.1. We inspect every order before dispatch. We kindly ask you to check your product upon receipt.
4.2. Claims regarding the appearance of a product are accepted only at the time of receipt.
4.3. If a defect is identified, please notify us as soon as possible. We will conduct an assessment, and if the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
4.4. Exchanges and returns are only accepted for products that have not been used.
4.5. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, bed linen and home textiles of satisfactory quality are not eligible for exchange or return.
5. Product Appearance
We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible in photographs. Colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and lighting conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. We are not liable for delivery delays, as we rely on the services of third-party carriers.
6.2. We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, war, communication outages, etc.).
