Meditation mat - provides soft support during mindfulness practices, yoga, or simply moments of relaxation.

Work, chores, hobbies, people, and objects around us shape our attitude towards life and influence our perception of reality. That is why it is important to consciously choose what we do, what we pay attention to, and how we spend our time.

Eastman and the home textile brand Home me have developed a collection that can support everyone in their everyday life. So that when returning home, it is easy to recover, relax, and feel peace - alone or surrounded by loved ones.

The meaning of the Sanskrit mantras depicted on the mats:

Ekam - the highest state of consciousness that a person can reach

हंस सोSहम् एकम् - I am you, you are me - we are one.
