• Rinse the new product in cool water (recommended temperature — 20 °C). This is not only a hygienic procedure — it will also soften the natural fabric.
• Wash it separately from other items that may bleed color to avoid damaging the product. Wash light, colored, and dark items separately — this will help preserve the softness and color of the natural material.
• Avoid using fabric softeners — they can damage natural fabric and cause yellowing.
• Dry items made of natural fabrics immediately after washing. When tumble drying, use the delicate cycle.
• Iron bed linen, robes, and towels at a temperature no higher than 150 °C immediately after they have dried.
• If the selected set includes a silk pillowcase, it is best not to iron it, as high temperatures can damage the silk.
• Care for the down pillow and duvet according to the symbols on the label. Do not store them in a damp place, ventilate them regularly, and have them dry-cleaned every six months or once a year. Store unused items in special packaging.
