Try on the set before washing
Before washing and using your bedding, please try on the set (sheet, pillowcases, duvet cover) and make sure the sizes and feel are suitable for you.
Natural fabrics may shrink slightly
All Home Me bedding is made from 100% natural fabrics. They may shrink up to 0.5% after the first three washes — this is natural and has been accounted for when calculating sizes.
Minor defects are possible
We carefully inspect each item, but minor mechanical damage may occur during transportation or storage.
Check the product before use
Be sure to inspect the set before the first wash to avoid misunderstandings.
If you have any comments, we will resolve everything
We will replace the item if a defect is found. However, returns are not possible after washing and use.

Підготовка до прання
Перед пранням виверніть наволочки та підковдру навиворіт і застібніть усі ґудзики або блискавки.
Перше прання — делікатний режим (20°C)
Для першого прання рекомендуємо використовувати холодну воду та щадний режим — це закріплює структуру тканини й видаляє залишки виробничої обробки.
Регулярний догляд: температура та частота
Білизну з бамбуку бажано прати кожні 7–10 днів при температурі 30–40°C, обираючи делікатний режим.
Лише м’які засоби
Використовуйте рідкий порошок без агресивних компонентів. Уникайте кондиціонерів — вони можуть пошкодити натуральні волокна й викликати пожовтіння тканини.
Сушка — обережно та відразу
Сушіть білизну відразу після прання. Якщо використовуєте машинну сушку — обирайте щадний режим і низьку температуру.
Прасування — до 150°C
Рекомендуємо прасувати білизну одразу після висихання, у злегка вологому стані, при температурі до 150°C.

If you would like to pick up your order yourself, you can do so at our showroom at 30 Volodymyrska St., from Mon to Fri, 10 am to 7 pm, and Sat from 11 am to 4 pm. If you are not in Kyiv, we will send your order by Nova Poshta. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
