Care
  • Rinse the new towel in cool water (recommended temperature — 20 °C). This is not only a hygienic procedure — it will also make the natural fabric softer. Each subsequent wash will only make it softer.
  • Wash it separately from other items that may bleed color to avoid damaging the towel. Wash light, colored, and dark items separately — this will help preserve the natural material's softness and color.
  • Avoid using fabric softeners — they can damage natural fabric and cause yellowing.
  • Natural cotton towels should be dried immediately after washing. When tumble drying, use a delicate cycle.
  • It is recommended to iron the towel at a temperature no higher than 150 °C immediately after it dries. Ironing makes the item softer.

If you would like to pick up your order yourself, you can do so at our showroom at 30 Volodymyrska St., from Mon to Fri, 10 am to 7 pm, and Sat from 11 am to 4 pm. If you are not in Kyiv, we will send your order by Nova Poshta. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
